			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Even though all the fat people I know are usually either on a diet or <strong>drastically restrict yummy food consumption</strong>, they eat <em>whenever</em> they want and as a result; the fat stays put. It&#8217;s not what you eat, but <em>when</em> you eat it that really counts.</p>
<p>First, let&#8217;s get started by giving your tummy a timetable.</p>
<p><strong>When to eat and when not to eat, that&#8217;s the question.</strong></p>
<p>For example:</p>
<p>08:00 &#8211; Big breakfast<br />
09:00 &#8211; Smoothie, tea.<br />
10:00 &#8211; Healthy snacks<br />
12:00 &#8211; Wholesome lunch.<br />
03:00 &#8211; Healthy snacks.<br />
04:00 &#8211; Fresh juice.<br />
05:30 &#8211; Another wholesome meal, salad.<br />
06:00 &#8211; Fresh juices, teas, etc. &#8211; No food.</p>
<p><strong>Simplicity rules. </strong>Start off with a big satisfying breakfast.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t mean sausages, and all kinds of fat and pancakes. I mean muesli, orange juice, fruits, smoothies, eggs, whole grain bread with butter and marmalade. Get full with this stuff.</p>
<p>The secret is to <strong>eat lots in the first 10 hours after waking and little to nothing the remaining hours of the day. </strong></p>
<p>Late dinner is a big NO NO. You should stop eating after 6 PM.</p>
<p>I never was a big breakfast fan, one glass of OJ until noon was usually ok&#8230; but I would eat until midnight!! And my cravings for yummy not so healthy food were uncontrollable. After I made this simple switch (big breakfast, and stopped eating after 6 PM), <strong>the fat on my tummy and thighs started rolling off. </strong></p>
<p>My digestion also improved tremendously, and I slept better than ever. My stomach got used to this timetable, and when I wake up I&#8217;m hungry and ready for breakfast and at 6 PM I&#8217;m not hungry anymore. Try sticking to this timetable for two weeks and you are set. It&#8217;s <strong>good for your metabolism and your digestion will thank you for it. </strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>I&#8217;m a lazy person. I only like <strong>fat loss tips</strong> that are easy to follow and that make sense. I also need to see results as soon as possible &#8211; not in a month, but in days!</p>
<p>So, it was another of those days. I was just lazying around, feeling sorry for myself and my fat and bloated stomach.</p>
<p>Then it occurred to me:</p>
<p>I no longer wanted to be <strong>bloated</strong> everyday, feel extremely tired after eating a meal, have difficulty sleeping, bad breath, depression, mood swings, and difficulties losing the last few pounds that just wouldn&#8217;t come off no matter what.</p>
<p>But hey&#8230; I&#8217;m lazy. So I realized that if I was going to find a way to change things, it would have to be:</p>
<ol>
<li>free;</li>
<li>easy to do;</li>
<li>something that made sense and;</li>
<li>that would give me results almost right away.</li>
</ol>
<p>In other words: <strong>my eating habits! </strong></p>
<p>Eating habits are all about:</p>
<ol>
<li>When to eat and when not to eat</li>
<li>How to eat</li>
<li>Food combining</li>
</ol>
<p>It&#8217;s not about <strong>what </strong>you eat, but <strong>when</strong>, <strong>how </strong>and <strong>what else</strong> you eat.</p>
<p>But could it really be that simple?</p>
<p>My results speak for themselves&#8230; I literally had <strong>miraculous </strong>results in just <strong>ONE DAY. </strong></p>
