I was fat and lazy! Now I’m just lazy.
I’m a lazy person. I only like fat loss tips that are easy to follow and that make sense. I also need to see results as soon as possible – not in a month, but in days!
So, it was another of those days. I was just lazying around, feeling sorry for myself and my fat and bloated stomach.
Then it occurred to me:
I no longer wanted to be bloated everyday, feel extremely tired after eating a meal, have difficulty sleeping, bad breath, depression, mood swings, and difficulties losing the last few pounds that just wouldn’t come off no matter what.
But hey… I’m lazy. So I realized that if I was going to find a way to change things, it would have to be:
- free;
- easy to do;
- something that made sense and;
- that would give me results almost right away.
In other words: my eating habits!
Eating habits are all about:
- When to eat and when not to eat
- How to eat
- Food combining
It’s not about what you eat, but when, how and what else you eat.
But could it really be that simple?
My results speak for themselves… I literally had miraculous results in just ONE DAY.
